In the past 12 months, we've dealt with nearly 8000 user queries on the helpdesk. Similar to last year, we have come up with a top 12 tip list, one for every month - we hope you find this useful.
Please be aware that from 22nd December 2017 onwards, there will only be intermittent SOAR helpdesk support available throughout the festive period. Normal service will resume on 4th January 2018.

Advice on recommended Supporting Information
There is an awareness that the recommendations for supporting information for appraisal require to be streamlined where possible and the focus should be on the quality of the material rather than the quantity of supporting information provided.

Error with DMEs ROT email notification
We have recently discovered that the automated emails DMEs receive from SOAR contained an incorrect link. The link was designed to take the DME to a "Pending DME action" page, but it does not. Sincerest apologies for the confusions this has caused, we will work to amend the email content ASAP.

SOAR WebEx demos - new schedule available

The live demo sessions will cover an overview of what is expected of the Appraisee and Appraiser on SOAR, as well as offering participants an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the demo.
